2. Moderate humidification
The dry air in winter, especially in the north, is very detrimental to the maintenance of the guqin. To maintain the moisture of the guqin, a humidifier can be placed in the room where the guqin is placed, or a damp cloth can be placed inside the guqin box. At the same time, avoid placing the guqin near heating or air conditioning vents to prevent dry air from causing damage to the guqin.
